The first stage is to meet for a brief to establish your requirements and one of our architect or draughtsman will advise where necessary, then we design a Concept plan highlighting The Laout and Elevations. We will also show you a 3D design if and when required. After you have agreed on the drawing plan we will prepare a Final working Drawings, Municipal Documentations,SANS 204 Calculations  for Energy Efficiency, then the Plans will be ready for City Council Submission.

We also provide the service of building construction.
